I didn't do that because i changed to put a passive scalar in my main case.

but you can use reactingFoam( and possibly some of other combustion solvers).
I'm interested in still (although not need anymore).
please let me now when you had any progress and/or think I can help to do such thing together.really I say I'm ready and still interested in doing it together.

maybe it be a good start selecting a shock tube problem tutorial from compressible tutorials and on the other hand modify it by reactingFoam tutorials(most in thermophysicalProperties file)
