buoyantBoussinesqSimpleFoam Boundary Conditions

I am a beginner in OpenFoam. I am currently working on 'Simulation of Thermal Plume with off source heating'. I am done with the geometry and meshing. I am using buoyantBoussinesqSimpleFoam as steady state solver. I am not sure about the boundary conditions to be given. Can someone please suggest the boundary conditions for the INLET, BOTTOM, TOP and SIDES. (Case link is given below)

My boundary conditions and other case files are given in the link. But the solution diverges quickly:(. Please have a look and tell me the changes to be made.

Also, can anyone explain what is alphat and how is it a variable? I though it was thermal diffusivity.

Any help is appreciated. Tnx in advance.
