Which OpenFOAM solver can I use for simulation of steam in a concrete curing chamber?

I want to simulate steam being injected into a concrete curing chamber using OpenFOAM with SimFLow as a GUI. I am looking into using buoyantSimpleFoam and a passive scalar. Not sure if this is the best option.
