Hi guys,

According to my number of posts I am obviously newbie around here and in CFD in general.

Starting to understand some basic cases of OpenFOAM, I am wondering what/where are the methods/guidelines/rules/tips&secrets/recipies for :

- selecting your exact solver (like pisoFoam vs icoFoam)
- selecting the proper discretization schemes (fvSchemes)
- selecting the proper solver and preconditioners (fvSolution)

This is without mentioning the numberless configurations possible by multiplying these params. Please don't tell me that I need first to pass my PhD.

Thanks a million
