Axisymmetric RANS-Blade element theory!

Hi All,

I have been searching online about the Reynolds Averaged Navier Stokes coupled with blade element theory in the simpleFoam solver, specifically a paper where the simulation was done as a 2-D axisymmetric. I am trying to add a volume source term to the Navier Stokes and then coupled with blade element theory to simulate the flow over a horizontal axis wind turbines. However, I have searched online to find a paper about the same subject but no luck so far. Has anyone read or written similar code could provide some help !

Many thanks in advance,

Hi CFD-Lover,

did you manage to find the solution for the above mentioned problem. It would be very nice if you can share the key findings.

Thank you
