no prescribed motion with mesquite motion solver

Recently I am using dynamicTopoFvMesh with mesquiteMotionSolver to solve large mesh deformation. I start with a simple oscillating cylinder motion. But when I run the case, The cylinder don't move and only a tiny mesh deformation for the first time step. I have no idea in which part did I make wrong settings.
