Hi,

I am simulating a typical ventilation problem in a room. In the room I have a panel heater which I assume it provides a constant heat flux q''. I am using the solver buoyantBoussinesqSimpleFoam to simulate the problem. When I used externalWallHeatFluxTemperature as a boundary condition for the panel heater, it raises an error saying that the thermo package is required.

My question is: Am I putting the right boundary condition or is there any other way to assign a constant heat flux?

Thanks in advance!

Bloerb will become famous soon enough
That is the correct boundary condition. You probably just did some mistake on the syntax.
