Cylinder buoyantPimpleFoam problem

Hi to all.

My problem is - modelling cylinder case with heater on the wall. I was made blockMeshDict and setFieldsDict to setting it up.
But the problem is when I'm trying to simulate time interval for example 50 second after first 10 second nothing will change.

I think that issue related to BC, but can't get over it.

My case attached to post. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
