rhoPorousSimpleFoam several diverging "fatal errors" (SimFlow (OpenFOAM GUI))

Greetings CFD community,

I am very new to CFD. I decided to try SimFlow because the gui makes it very easy to understand what is happening, but as I go forward I would like to make more use of the hard coding for OpenFOAM.

That being said, my geometry is a basic baffled, suppressor. Similar to a car exhaust but with a pipe through the center to support the projectile through the chamber.

My simulation is failing 2 time steps into the solution for either a NaN error or Maximum Iterations reached.

As this is the first thing I've tried to do with CFD, I'm not surprised that I'm having some issues. If it isnt failing due to the NaN error it is failing due to Maximum Iterations reached, after only 2 time steps. As I am using SimFlow, I dont know how to call the functions in order to publish the .log files in order to show you the mesh check/solver log.
