Eroor mpi_abort due to maximum number of iterations
 

Hi,

I am new user of OpenFoam, and I get this error :

[25] --> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
[25] Maximum number of iterations exceeded
[25]
[25] From function thermo<Thermo, Type>::T(scalar f, scalar T0, scalar (thermo<Thermo, Type>::*F)(const scalar) const, scalar (thermo<Thermo, Type>::*dFdT)(const scalar) const, scalar (thermo<Thermo, Type>::*limit)(const scalar) const) const

There are other lines after parallel run aborting , I can copy and paste if you need to know more about error.

I am making an turbulent simulation inside a small cube of 50 mm. The initial value of pressure is 0.001 Pa and I increase the inlet pressure to 40 bars in 1e-5 .

In my file T in my folder 0, I put all temperature to uniform 20.
