Hi, guys,

Based on several days' code reading on reactingTwoPhaseEulerFoam, it looks like that the mass fraction Y and void fraction Alpha are decoupled.
Actually, the mass loss according to vaporation of the liquid phase will not either increase alpha of gas or decrease alpha of liquid. As a result, mass and Volume fraction are decoupled
Do you guys also get similar conclusions on this topic? And normally how you guys solve it?

Or this thread should go to the programming sub-forum

Hello,
Can any one tell me that what is major difference in twoPhaseEulerFoam and
reactingTwoPhaseEulerFoam?
Other thing i want to confirm for reactingTwoPhaseEulerFoam: is it based on volume fraction or mass fraction? tutorial are same for both solvers.

Regards,
Umer
