Smagorinsky model and Smagorinsky-lilly model?

Hi.

I have some understanding about the Smagorinsky-lilly model, where turbulence viscosity is determined by mixing length of sub-grid scales,min(kd,CsV^1/3). I also see Smagorinsky model in some places. Are they the same?If difeerent, what are they? Do somebody know this or know which text books explain this?

BTW, there is Ce and Ck in Smagorinsky subgrid model in OpenFOAM. What's the meaning of Ce and Ck?

Thanks in advance
