Strange behaviour using compressibleInterFoam
 

Dear Foamers,

I am using compressibleInterFoam. I need to modify the solver but before that I needed to do some simple tests for validation. I modified depthCharge2D case. I assumed alpha.water is 1 everywhere and I have constant temperature and pressure. I set gravity equal to zero. I expected to see zero iteration for all parameters in addition to zero initial and final residuals.
Surprisingly, the iterations exceed 1000 for pressure and temperature although when I look at the files, the pressure and temperature were equal to initial values. I am wondering if there is an error in residual calculations (initial residual is not zero for pressure and temperature!).
Any suggestions?
