Fauster is on a distinguished road
Hello everyone,

I am working on a case very similar to the pitzDaily tutorial (simpleFoam) with a very fine mesh and I observe no difference on the results with first order scheme (Gauss upwind) and many second order schemes like linearUpwind, linear, QUICK etc...

I change also my grad schemes from linear to leastSquare and fourth and I observe also no significant change (less than 0.5%) on my results.

Is it possible that with a very fine mesh all the schemes give almost the same results (less than 0.5% difference) ? Am I observing something usual or am I missing something ?

I precise that I am using the results obtained with the simplest schemes (grad : Gauss linear, div : Gauss upwind) to initialize the others calculations.

Thanks a lot for your help.
