pimpleFOAM - internal pipe flow - convergence

Hello,
First, I'm using OpenFOAM 5.0 (komegaSST), the mesh and all my settings:
Re=5300 (R = 0,006035 - L=5D)

For this reason (y + ~ 1) and according Tobi, I set my settings:

I would like to discuss my settings, since the solver is taking a lot of time to change from timeStep.
