MRF embedded in another one

Dear all,

I was wondering wheater it is possible to simulate in OpenFoam (steady simulation, no moving meshes) the motion of a rotating component (eg wheel with its spokes) , when its rotational axis (wheel axle) is itself rotating with respect to a fixed frame (eg roll motion around the wheel-ground contact patch).
I found out that this is possible in Ansys Fluent using the "embedded reference frame" feature, which enables a moving reference frame to be referred to another fluid domain which itself is in motion.

Anyone as suggestions?

Thanks in advance
