Why increasing blockmesh hangs the solver?

Dear Users,

I have a question!
If I simulate with 25,25,25 block divisions it completes without problem, but when I increase blockmesh size it runs into "na" values. What could be the problem?

The system of equations may become more stiff and requires another approach. I would first reduce the time step / maxCo.

To make more clear statements I need more information.

Thank you for answering, but maybe I found the problem, which is
I refined the mesh around rotating region, and now it seems working, although the simulation is not over yet.
