Repeating Geometry Condition

Could I get some advice on this. I am looking to model a circular fin array, the issue is that one of the rows is at an angle to rest. This results in the particular row being asymmetrical when the model geometry is segmented for analysis (picture below). The rest of the rows are symmetrical.

As regards wall symmetry, is there any way to have a repeating condition that would me to have the repeating geometry as in in the picture, or is the mirror symmetry condition the only option. FYI it is not essential that I model the offset row, it would just a nice addition to the analysis.

Any info would be greatly appreciated :D
