Scalar BC's for flowRateOutletVelocity

I have a tank with a drain at the bottom and want to specify the drain flow rate. I think I should use flowRateOutletVelocity for U, but I'm unsure what to use for scalars. I think zero gradient for T, k and epsilon but don't know what to do with pressure. Any suggestions?

Problem solved

I was able to solve this problem so I thought I would post the solution. This is for twoPhaseEulerFoam.

For U.water I am using volumetricFlowRate.
For U.air I am using inletOulet (unknown flow rate of air, I'm solving for it).
For p and p_rgh I'm using fixedFluxPressure, which lets p go to the value needed to get the desired flow rate.
For the rest of the scalars I'm using inletOutlet.

It seems to work fine.
