Hi,everyone,
I an simulating transcritical nitrogen injection with PR equation of state by rhoPimpleFoam. The initial residuals for pressure is high (about 0.9)at each time step and don’t go down whenever Pimple or PISO loop is used.
At the same time, there are different results of simulation between Pimple or PISO loop.
Does someone have the similar questions and give me some advices?
Thanks

Hi Bao,

Try to decrease the tolerance in fvSolution for pressure and other related variables in your case.
And you probably want to provide more information about this difference and make sure the results are both converged solutions.
