Hi,
I am using interFoam solver for the simulation of 2D Spray mechanism.I am facing two different kind of errors.
1.
Courant Number mean: 2.4426e-10 max: 0.696321
Interface Courant Number mean: 2.18474e-14 max: 0.000194981
deltaT = 7.78442e-111
Time = 1.69242e-05

PIMPLE: iteration 1
MULES: Solving for alpha.water

2. FOAM Warning :

in file meshes/polyMesh/polyPatches/constraint/wedge/wedgePolyPatch.C at line 70
Wedge patch 'frontAndBackPlanes_neg' is not planar.
At local face at (-0.0999909 0.02875 -0.00125406) the normal (0 -0.0435786 -0.99905) differs from the average normal (-1.87367e-08 -0.0435779 -0.99905) by 4.02353e-13
Either correct the patch or split it into planar parts


These are two errors i am facing .i tried with many different courant no ranging from 0.01 to 100. i dont know exactly where i am making mistakes. i also searched thread related to this problem. i am not able figure it out.
Any suggestions ??

Well, the log is telling to you clearly what the problem is: fix the non-planar faces
