Hi!

I'm wondering if openfoam has ever been used to simulate plasma coating processes such as physical vapour deposition (PVD) or magnetron sputtering.
I'm curious if anyone has gotten electrostaticFoam to work with these physics? Or, perhaps another physics solver?
As far as I can see, there's only one youtube video on the subject:

Edit: Thus far, there's a university paper published using dsmcFoam: SIMULATING PHYSICAL VAPOUR DEPOSITION ON STEEL SUBSTRATE USING THE DIRECT SIMULATION MONTE CARLO (DSMC) METHOD
