Write control options: Start writing after certain time?

Hello, I have read the user guide for Time and data input/output control
here: https://cfd.direct/openfoam/user-guide/v6-controldict/
but could not find a way to set up OpenFOAM such that writing data starts after a certain time. Is there a way?
