I found this article about the a coupled LS-VOF method developed by Albadawi et. al. (A. Albadawi, D. Donoghue, A. Robinson, D. Murray, and Y. Delaur ́, “Influence of surface
tension implementation in volume of fluid and coupled volume of fluid with level set methods for bubble growth and detachment,” International Journal of Multiphase Flow, vol. 53, no. 0,pp. 11 – 28, 2013).



A similar work is done by chalmers group by sankar menon (http://www.tfd.chalmers.se/~hani/kur...ankarMenon.pdf).


But the work done by sankar menon is a bit different from Albadawi, like he is updating the compressive velocity (Ur) by the level set function value. It shows improvement in result but I worry about the authenticity of it.



So what I really want is there any paper related to sankar's work that anyone of you came across which proves his method. Anyone of you using his code ?
