counter flow

Hello
I am trying to develop counter flow model (schematic diagram attached). I am expecting a stagnation plane to be formed in the middle and flow should be going outward with two little vertices formed around the edges the, instead I am finding a reverse flow situation in OpenFOAM.
I have run the same simulation in Fluent and it is giving me conceivable streamline pattern.

I am using icoFoam solver. Following boundary condition I am providing for outlet:

for 0/U

internalField uniform (0 0 0);

outlet
{
type pressureInletOutletVelocity;
value $internalField;
}

for 0/p
internalField uniform 101325;
outlet
{
type totalPressure;
p0 $internalField;
}

Results from Fluent aligns with theoretical understanding of fluid mechanics. Why OpenFOAM is causing reverseflow? I understand that near the edge there is a pocket if negative pressure, but that should not cause a steady state solution with forming a jet (contributed by reverse flow coming from outlet!)
