How can a lower bound for p_rgh be set in chtMultiRegionFoam?

I am simulation of a nozzle exhaust and have been able to successfully model it using rhoPimpleFoam. To do this I had to use the pMin entry in the PIMPLE dictionary and set it to a very low pressure, 100 Pa (my nozzle is exhausting to a pressure of 500 Pa). I then wanted to use chtMultiRegionFoam with the same fluid case in the fluid region. Unfortunately even though the pMin entry entry sets the p field, this has no effect on the p_rgh field that the solver is computing.

How can I limit the p_rgh field?

I am using v1906, but I think this question is applicable to all solvers that compute p_rgh in any version of OpenFoam.
