PerturbU utility
 

Hi,

I was wondering whether anyone could define the perturbUDict parameters (duplus, betaplus, alphaplus, sigma and epsilon) that are used for perturbU utility.

I am reading the Schoppa and Hussain paper, but still I am a bit lost on what each parameter does in the equation.


Also, how is Ubar defined in transportProperties?
