Divergence problem with interMixingFoam

3 Attachment(s)
Hello,
we are trying to simulate a landslide with interMixingFoam (in OpenFoam 7). We have three phases (air, water and soil). The soil is partly saturated at the beginning of the sim and we have an inflow bc at the top of our soil mass that is starting our slide due to the water and therefore pressure inflow.
Now the problem: We get an extremely high Courant number. We tried to adjust the mesh and deltaT, we switched off the adjustable timestep and we changed our schemes to Gauss upwind.

We attached our blockMeshDict and our controlDict, as well as a screenshot of our error and the time when the divergence starts.

Do you have any ideas what we could change to achieve a working simulation?

We would be very thankful for your help. Thanks =)
