I am using a solver that does not have dynamic mesh capabilities built in. I want to introduce a moving laser heat source not as a boundary condition or introduce a fixed heat source and move my substrate underneath.
Does anyone know if MRF can be modified for non-rotating but linear motion? Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to do this? |

Hi did you find any answer to your question about how to implement linear motion on an object (instead of rotation in multiple reference frame method)? the dynamic mesh will be very computationally expensive for my project so trying to use the MRF method.
