Fail to converge on triangular mesh using SimpleFoam

Hi foamers,

I'm trying to solve incompressible Navier-Stokes equation with OpenFOAM. To start with, I have tried to do verification with Kovasznay flow.

u_1=1-\exp(\lambda x) \cos(2\pi y),\;u_2=\frac{\lambda}{2\pi}\exp(\lambda x) \sin(2\pi y),\;p=c-\frac{1}{2}\exp(2\lambda x)

While uniform quads mesh works fine, both uniform and Delaunay triangular mesh give me oscillating solution. I'm wondering whether OpenFOAM can correctly solve problems with triangular meshes? Is there any examples of solving with triangular mesh?

Below shows u_1,\,u_2,\,p, and mesh.

Many thanks!
