one way fluid structure interaction

Hi,

I would like to solve a one way fluid solid interaction problem using openfoam.
From my fluid simulations, I saved wall shear stress for every cell on solid and for every time step. The solid solver is modified such that the boundary condition for traction, T (defined as sigma.n) reads wall shear stress from fluid solver at every time step. The resulting displacements are very large (1E8) but expected movement is a few centimetres displacement. What is fundamentally going wrong if any or is there any issue with solid solver in Openfoam 18.12?

Might help? : https://www.precice.org/

Thanks for the info.
Precice might help.
But I want to understand what could be going wrong within openfoam solid solver.
Any clue?
