GasMixing tutorial problem

I only kindof know what I'm doing - I got some of the OpenFOAM tutorials to build, but not others. In particular, the "compressible/rhoSimpleFoam/gasMixing/injectorPipe" tutorial: I run ./Allclean, then ./Allrun, and it appears to work, but when I run paraFoam, unlike the other tutorials I've run the VCR controls don't show a number of frames, and the properties for the main mesh don't show any fields. Screenshot: https://flic.kr/p/2iysHxU

system/controlDict seems to indicate that there ought to be 12 saved frames. I checked log.rhoSimpleFoam, and it LOOKS like it's computed all the frames.

It kindof looks like the results of the parallel processing are never put back together, but I'm not really sure.

Anybody know how to correctly complete the processing, and/or view the results?

Here's my logs: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ib...Hi6spMDg5U6Ko5

Here's my WHOLE directory, after running: (~120MB) https://drive.google.com/open?id=15y...y6b9mqRjt0cuHA

From the directory name, it looks like I'm running OpenFOAM v1912.

You've almost got it. The case indeed ran in parallel on several processors (assuming that you've not edited the tutorial), so you will need to reconstruct the data with the "reconstructPar" utility. Note that you could also use paraview to view the decomposed case, but that reconstruction makes the visualization process smoother.
