OpenFoam parallel running

Hi, I am new to OpenFOAM and now runnig a two-phase flow case parallelly. But it doesn't work and returns the following errors. I am not sure where it is wrong and it seems the OpenMPI is not installed correctly?

The OpenFOAM-6 is what I use and OpenMPI-3.1.2 was installed before installing OpenFOAM on my Ubuntu.

can you post your commad lines?
how do you decompose your case?
how do you start your solver for decomposed case?
does the solver run without decomposition?
