Simple Radiation Heat Loss

I am trying to include heat loss through radiation on the boundaries of my mesh while using icoReactingMultiphaseInterFoam. I want the radiation heat loss in the simple form of: $q = \epsilon \sigma (T^4 - T_{ref}^4) A$ .

So far, I have not seen any radiation models/boundary conditions that allow for this. Is there a boundary condition that does this?
