Linking Two Patches

Hi all,

I have a problem where I have two plates stacked on top of each other. I want to values of the top plates bottom patch Temperature to pass along the information to the bottom plates top patch. I have two questions:
1. Is this possible or is there a better way of achieving this?
2. How can I achieve this if it is possible?

In short, yes. You will want to use coupled/mapped patches. Guessing that you are going to want to use the chtMultiRegionFoam solver -- those tutorials should be good references.
