Hallo all,

I want to know about how the dynamic contact angle model code knows that where should the be that contact angle model will be applied and where not ? I mean what is that condition in code for any contact angle model to check the 'contact line' existence.

As far as I know, we write the contact angle model to any boundary in phase boundary condition file e.g. '0/alpha'. So it will be applicable to that boundary only. But what if the there is no contact line on that boundary, then DCA or SCA doesnt work. So how does code judges about the contact line exists or not ?

I hope you understand my question well. Please answer if anyone knows..
Thanks!!
