Good day Ladies and Gentlemen,

I would kindly like to ask for your help with an openfoam simulation for my bachelor thesis. I am trying to simulate an oloid stirrerı, using the overPimpleDyMFoam solver with a tabulated six-degree-of-freedom motion. Please be lenient with any stupid mistakes in my setup, I am using Openfoam for roughly half a year now, and CFD in general for only a little bit longer.

More detailed description:
The case setup is derived from the examples for the overPimpleDyMFoam and pimpleFoam solvers (although I have consulted numerous other sources). The spherical refinement zone together with the oloid is the moving overset part (please note attached images). I have no in- or outflow and no free surface.

Problem:
Openfoam calculates the flow field U for the oloid, but there is no pressure gradient, and the impulse does not propagate through the whole fluid (as you can see in the image). I have the feeling there is a very simple but stupid mistake in my setup.

Code:
Overset analysis : nCells : 2281489

    interpolated : 0 (interpolated from local:0 mixed local/remote:0 remote:0)
    hole : 1938489

I created this case with openfoam 2006/2012. I attached all dictionaries (except for the overset), because I have no idea where the error may lie. Any pointers would be highly appreciated.

I wish everyone a pleasant Wednesday,
