shallowWaterFoam better example

Has anyone successfully used shallowWaterFoam for a real terrain (STL) with a river flowing on it? The standard example that comes with shallowWaterFoam is not very helpful to set a real problem.

No results for shallowWaterFoam. Does however provides pointers to test case and reference implementation.
