multiphaseEulerFoam simulation not working. Fluid not entering into domain

I am trying to perform a multiphaseEulerFoam simulation on a spiral. It has 3 inlets on a single face for entry of water, dense fluid and another light density fluid. Earlier the setup was configured for the OpenFoam-3.x and it was working fine (Please see attached snapshot). Later, I reconfigured it into OpenFoam-6 and since then a peculiar problem is coming. The simulation goes on but their is no fluid entry to the spiral geometry. The inlet are defined as patch in the polyMesh/boundary. I tried to troubleshoot with every bit of settings but with no luck.
