Hi Foamers

I would like to modelize light objects distribution in a propelled wind flow, but you guessed it, they are not spheres.

Do you think this modelization is feasible with openFoam ?

Sadly, I've read on this forum that langrangian solvers MPPIC and DPM do not allow custom shapes, only modify the size of spheres.

On the other hand, "Immersive Boundary Foam" is quite impressive (while not working with OF8), but it might not be efficient for 100 flying objects in an air flow:

Are 6 DOF tiny objects the way I should go ? If so, do you know a tutorial ?
I may have no other choice, but using a dynamic mesh may be far more demanding than a PIC model

Cheers
