How to set boundary conditions for cylinder+orifice mesh

I wrote and run the blockMesh and snappyHexMesh (I copy-pasted at the bottom just for reference, you can just ignore them).

Pictures of the geometry can be found here https://ibb.co/2dLLZcv, https://ibb.co/zhzcbQ1

Now I am setting the boundary conditions.

To do so I first exported createPatchDict to my system folder (cp $FOAM_ETC/caseDicts/mesh/manipulation/patches/createPatchDict ./system) and edit it as follows

patches
(
{
name inlet;
patchInfo
{
type patch;
}
constructFrom set;
set inletFaces;
}
{
name outlet;
patchInfo
{
type patch;
}
constructFrom set;
set outletFaces;
}
{
name wall;
patchInfo
{
type walls;
}
constructFrom patches;
patches ("CAD.*");
}
);

However, when I run it I get the FOAM FATAL ERROR indicating that there's no file inletFaces in constant/polyMesh/sets file (I assume we'll also need outletFaces and patches files for the outlet and walls respectively)

My question how to create those files so that I create the boundary conditions of my geometry; should I export them? If yes, from where?

Thanks! ;)
