EDC combustion model using LES in openfoam

Dear All,

Anyone can provide a case where EDC model is applied using LES and not RANS in opefoam?

I attempted to simulate methane combustion, but I did not achieve convergence. The solver crashes when chemistry is enabled, specifically during ignition through fvConstraints.

However, with PaSR , it appears to be functioning. I am still in the process of investigating why EDC (Eddy Dissipation Concept) is not working with LES.

Does the heat release require to be gradually ramped?
