Good afternoon. I numerically simulate the growth and collapse of a vapor bubble. The growth of the bubble occurs due to the difference in pressure inside the gas bubble and the liquid around it. I want to implement the collapse in the following way. In each cell of the computational domain, the condition alpha.gas > 0 is checked, if yes, then the mass in this cell m_{new}=0.9*m_{0} is subtracted.

I am new to changing the solver, but as I understand it, I need to add a forALL loop with an if condition to the compressibleMultiphaseInterFoam.C file, so far I have not been able to do this.
