INLETS too small compared to the computational domain. A way to model them?

Hello,

Happy new year to you dear Foamers

I am currently configuring an HVAC system for a 43x24x8 m^3 calculation domain and have 100 circular air inlets with a diameter of 2cm. My problem is that the mesh is likely to be too large in terms of number of cells if I use intakes of this size. Therefore, I have thought about increasing the diameter of the air inlets to 10cm in order to reduce the number of mesh points.

However, I was wondering if you had any other ideas for modeling these air inlets in order to avoid a large number of mesh points ?

Thank you in advance for your help!
