I am trying to create a simulation of a pool with an inlet, drain, and atmosphere. I am curious to see how long the water takes to mix.

I've set up my geometry through Salome, then converted the UNV files to a foam polyMesh.

I set up the simulation using the waterChannel tutorial example from the v10 org version. It ran but showed strange results and crashed after not very long:

I have also tried using the same tutorial case and the esi version but got stuck here with "No NRF models found":
