How to simulate human body motion in openFoam

Hi, it's the first time I write on the forum and I hope I'm not in the wrong section and I'm not asking you a question already explained elsewhere. From my searches I could not find the answer to my doubts. I would like to understand and learn how it is possible to simulate a cyclist in openFoam (I am not interested in the motion of the wheels which are already fully explained in the manual) or a runner as in the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kb8PpngFqlU which was done in STAR-CCM+. The problem is that the athlete's body deforms (according to the animation software, for example blender) in a continuous and non-parameterizable way. Anyone have a suggestion where to start trying or studying? Thank you
