Can I modify a force on a Lagrangian particle based on the cell zone it is currently located in?
Is there a standard functionality for that, or would I need to modify the code of a force for that? I was thinking that the nonIntertialFrameForce could be somehow used for this: It could read an acceleration from a field and apply it to a particle, so that should work somehow. But in reality, it does nothing? As there is also no documentation or example for it, I could only read the source code. But I was not able to figure out why this force type has no effect on the particles. Last edited by 37269; July 19, 2023 at 13:27. |
