MultiphaseEulerFoam: issues with Temperatur

Hello everybody,

Currently, I'm working on a two-phase simulation using the multiphaseEulerFoam solver. However, I've run into some issues with the temperature field.
My main objective is to simulate a water wall boiling process. To achieve this, I need to specify a given Heat Flux at the Wall and a specific Mass Rate/Velocity at the inlet. The initial temperature of the water liquid is 385.15K. Unfortunately, as you can see in the picture, the temperature rises very slowly (Tmax) and drops (Tmin) below the initial temperature, which is not expected. Eventually, after a few time steps, the simulation crashes without any specific error message.
I've been trying to find the source of the problem, but so far, I haven't been successful. I would be incredibly grateful if anyone with expertise could help me diagnose potential sources of error in my setup. To aid in the analysis, I have attached the relevant case parameters and and a part of the log file.
In the simulation, I am using a helix tube with the following dimensions: length of 8m, height of 0.5m, and a tube diameter of 0.0145m. Prior to the simulation, I performed a checkMesh, and fortunately, all aspects seemed satisfactory. The mesh consists of approximately 4 million cells with a length of 1mm and 3 fine layers at the wall.
If anyone could provide assistance with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you.

solved?

Hi,

you did not attach pictures, or gave information about the version of OpenFOAM you used - if you were a bit more specifif, I think people would much rather comment a little... ;-)

Anyway, how did you manage to get multiphaseEulerFoam running *with* temperature dependence? To me it seems that the temperature dependence is not actually implemented in the solver... :-(
I am using OpenFOAM-v2306.

Thanks a lot in advance for your answer.

hi, do you solve this problem? i met this problems too, i add q
into T.liquid but tempreture is going down
