Mass loss in OpenFOAM

Hi everyone,
So I am running a wind driven rain simulation using an Eulerian Multiphase model using OpenFOAM v11. I want change the water droplets to cylindrical particles with changing length. So basically length is a function of space for the domain in question. I have the equation which goes as
u.del(L) = LAexp(-T) where u.del is the velocity dotted with the del operator, L is the length of the cylinder and A and T are constants. Could someone help me out as to how this would look in a OpenFOAM code?

Thanks and Regards
Tanmay
