Possibilities/Examples of Using libacoustics with URANS?

I am expected to demonstrate acoustic prediction in OpenFOAM for a thesis. One issue here is that I am working with quite limited computational resources. I have been trying to find a good initial demonstration case such as flow over a cylinder or airfoil and predicting the acoustic field using FW-H analogy. However, I have so far been unable to find a good example case that uses URANS

Some of the very fine meshes >5/6 million cells which I get the impression are required for implementation of LES/DES are just not feasible for me.

Even for a simple example case of predicting the acoustic field over an airfoil or cylinder, most of the papers and examples I see use LES. Does anyone have advice or can refer to some good example cases that use RANS or URANS?
